QXHH Successfully Develops New Conductive Modified PEEK Material
Background
With the increasing performance requirements for materials in the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing industries, the demand for high-performance engineering plastics with anti-static or conductive properties is growing.
Technical Breakthrough
The technical team of Qingxie Huahe (Suzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. successfully developed a new type of conductive modified PEEK material after months of joint research. This material maintains the original properties of PEEK (polyether ether ketone):
- High strength
- High temperature resistance
- Corrosion resistance
- Excellent dimensional stability
Based on this, through the introduction of special conductive fillers, its resistivity reaches the expected conductive/anti-static range.
Application Prospects
The new material can be widely used in:
- Semiconductor industry: IC trays, wafer carriers, etc.
- Electronics manufacturing: anti-static tweezers, test fixtures.
- New energy: special battery components.
In the future, QXHH will continue to be committed to the modified research and development of PEEK materials to provide global customers with more customized solutions.
